There will be two days of City Council hearings to discuss the Fair Access in Renting (FAIR) ordinance - Chloe Eudaly's groundbreaking package of tenant protections which would cap the cost of security deposits and protect tenants from having them stolen, while making the process of applying for rental units more fair and transparent and protecting tenants from discrimination.  The hearings will be on Wednesday, April 3 and Thursday, April 4, from 2-5 pm both days.
