MultiFamily NW is suing the City of Portland over the Fair Access In Renting (FAIR) ordinance. The FAIR ordinance will reduce discrimination against tenants, increase access to housing, and provide protection for security deposits. We need to pack the courtroom with FAIR supporters to show the judge that tenants are watching. PTU volunteers will be near the courthouse entrance to gather supporters and hand out stickers.  For updates, see the Facebook event.
