Wimbledon Court & Gardens is one of the largest complexes in Portland, owned by Prime Group LLC, a multi-billion dollar company, who recently lost a $20 million lawsuit due to chronic neglect of repairs. Despite this, tenants at the complex continue to report neglectful management and many other issues.
